A: Our favorite place to shop for workout apparel is our Aerial Fitness Shop.
Q: What should I bring with me?
A: Please bring water, a yoga mat (for stretching) if desired, and the spirit to work hard and accomplish amazing things in class.
Q: What if I can't climb the silk?
A: There are many exercises you can accomplish without climbing the silk. As you start to fire up the new muscles in your body, they will slowly get stronger to the point where you will eventually climb the silk.
