Are you ready to run away with the circus? Private Online Instruction gives you a professional approach to the art of aerial acrobatics. We will discuss your goals and create a specific program to help you meet your goals and take you to the next level. We will focus on technique, choreography, showmanship, rigging, and more. Serious private students also have the opportunity to perform solo work in our annual aerial dance concert. Flexibility/Stretch: One on One
Do you feel stiff? Are you ready to increase your range of motion? Stretching is a magical secret to health. If you are in pain from sitting down all day from a 9-5 job, or if you are ready to take your flexibility to the next level then this is just for you. All levels are welcome. We will create a special program just for you, that will focus on the areas you would like to see improve. Personalized instruction will help you develop a deeper understanding of your body and perfect your technique to prevent injury.
