Kristi's mission is to help you get into the best shape of your life. She believes that anyone can get healthy and fit with her aerial fitness classes, flexibility program, and good nutrition. As a coach Kristi has proven to help people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to attain well-being, strength, and flexibility.
